Dirne Community Health Center offers comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages. Our caring dental staff will work with you to ensure that you have a healthy smile. The Dental Clinic accepts self pay patients, Idaho Smiles as well as Idaho, Montana and Washington Medicaid for general dentistry.

Dirne Community Health Center offers patients a sliding fee scale. A “sliding fee scale” means that the fees that are charged to you for services provided may be discounted based upon your household income and family size. To apply for the sliding fee scale we will need one of the following documents:

• W-2 forms (from most current year)
• IRS Tax Returns (from most current year)
• Last two current paycheck stubs
• Social Security/Disability Documents
• Income verification form (which can be obtained at Job Service located in Post Falls)

For individuals who are married, we need your spouse’s information as well, which can be documented by supplying one of the above.

Our policy states uninsured sliding scale clients must provide these documents at the time of appointment. Without this financial information, clients will not be eligible for the discount and expected to pay the full bill. It is your responsibility to provide the information necessary to complete the application for the sliding fee scale.

Dirne Community Health Center gladly accepts most major insurance plans including Medicaid and Medicare.
