Dirne Community Health Center has a staff of dedicated employees that provide high-quality and compassionate care to all of our patients needing:

• Medication Assistance: discounted or free medications
• Chronic disease management
• Family medical care
• Routine gynecological care
• Routine physicals
• Minor care for orthopedic injuries and lacerations
• Preventative care
• Immunizations
• Well child exams
• Circumcisions
• Minor surgical procedures such as mole and wart removal.

Dirne Community Health Center offers patients a sliding fee scale. A “sliding fee scale” means that the fees that are charged to you for services provided may be discounted based upon your household income and family size. To apply for the sliding fee scale we will need one of the following documents:

• W-2 forms (from most current year)
• IRS Tax Returns (from most current year)
• Last two current paycheck stubs
• Social Security/Disability Documents
• Income verification form (which can be obtained at Job Service located in Post Falls)

For individuals who are married, we need your spouse’s information as well, which can be documented by supplying one of the above.

Our policy states you must provide these documents at the time of your appointment. If you do not have your financial information, then you will not be eligible for the discount and you will be expected to pay the full bill. It is your responsibility to provide the information necessary to complete the application for the sliding fee scale.

Dirne Community Health Center gladly accepts most major insurance plans including Medicaid and Medicare.

In an effort to provide the best and most affordable care possible, Dirne Community Health Center will begin completing many of your lab tests at the clinic. We are excited about this new service as we feel that it will provide you with faster results and be more convenient.

The majority of the labs that we can provide will cost $15 each. Payment for these labs will be due at the time of service. If you are unable to pay for your labs, please contact our billing department to make arrangements.
